We require all our customers to take an order opening video in case of damage during transit. In this case, you will be eligible for a refund.
Any order approved for a refund should be sent back to us within 7 days from the date of the refund proposal.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging, to be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive the item back and subject to our assessment, a refund value of the item will be deposited back within 14 working days.
Full refunds do not include shipping fees.
Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for pre-orders, sale items and nose pin items.

Refunds are not accepted if the product is a slightly different colour in real life than the photographs.
Please note we try our best to capture the true image of product, however this may vary depending on individual device settings and lighting.
Considering the made-to-order nature of pre-orders, minor variations in colour, finish, or detailing are expected and are not considered defects.
We will not be responsible for shipping costs for refunds.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed, even if the item has not yet been dispatched. Shipping takes place only to the given address provided by you. Please check that your information is accurate. If you find that you have provided an incorrect address, please notify us within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for any customs charges that may be applicable in your country of residence upon receiving our items.
In-house appointments are available by prior arrangement. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment.
This deposit will be counted towards the total purchase amount made during the appointment. If the total purchase exceeds this amount, the remaining balance may be paid in cash or via bank transfer at the appointment.
All items purchased during in-house appointments are subject to our general sales and return policies.
Remu Jewellers reserves the right to decline or cancel appointments where necessary.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows after this time frame.
